  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 oz can
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices Can substitute with turkey or veggies for variation
Garlic Butter Mix
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning for a flavorful brushing mixture.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each piece of dough and place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and ensure to pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with the butter mixture you prepared earlier for extra flavor.
  7. Arrange the pizza bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  8. Serve them warm and savor each bite!

Notes

Serve on a platter with marinara sauce for dipping. These pizza bombs can be adjusted for various diets by swapping ingredients. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days at room temperature or refrigerate for about a week. Freezing individual bombs for later use is also an option.
