Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  • In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
  • Stir in vodka sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add a splash of vodka and heavy cream, season to taste.
  • Fold the cooked penne into the sauce.
  • Spread the pizza dough evenly onto a greased round pizza pan.

Assembly and Baking

  • Distribute the creamy penne vodka mixture over the dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by pieces of mozzarella sticks.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and cool slightly before slicing.
