Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Thinly slice 1-2 ripe pears and set aside.
  • If using fresh thyme, strip the leaves from the stems.

Assembly

  • Spread a generous layer of cranberry sauce across your flatbread, leaving a slight border for the crust.
  • Evenly distribute slices of Brie on top.
  • Scatter the pear slices and thyme leaves across the Brie.

Baking

  • Drizzle the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Slice and serve.
  • Tip: For an added touch of elegance, drizzle with balsamic reduction just before serving.

Notes

Ensure your oven is fully preheated for a crispy flatbread. Let the flatbread rest for a minute or two after baking for easier slicing. Avoid overcrowding with ingredients for the best texture.
