  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter Use room temperature for easier spreading.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips Melt in short bursts to avoid overheating.

Preparation

  • Spread peanut butter evenly onto each Ritz cracker.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the peanut butter.
  • Sandwich with another Ritz cracker.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Place on parchment paper to set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes
