- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the sugar and milk, and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the oats and salt until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
To store, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
