Preparation
- Melt the butter and peanut butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once melted, stir in the butterscotch chips until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add in marshmallows, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan and let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
These squares can be served as a standalone dessert or paired with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
