  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter Can use natural peanut butter for a twist
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 3.25 cups powdered sugar Add more if too sticky

Preparation
  1. Start by melting the butter over low heat in a medium saucepan. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn’t brown.
  2. Once melted, mix in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring continuously until you achieve a smooth texture.
  4. Pour the luscious mixture into a greased 8×8-inch pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate until firm. Once set, cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for up to two weeks. Wrap tightly for freezing up to three months.
