Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 0.25 cups melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 0.75 cups creamy peanut butter Can substitute with crunchy peanut butter.
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing.
  • 1 cup sugar Can use sugar substitutes if desired.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs Add one at a time.
  • 0.5 cups chocolate chips Can mix into the batter for a uniform experience.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan as your crust.
Cheesecake Filling
  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure a smooth batter.
  4. Pour the peanut butter cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center has a slight jiggle.
  2. Let cool for 10 minutes before carefully removing the springform pan.

Notes

Serve warm for the lava burst effect or refrigerate for a chilled delight. Best enjoyed with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or caramel, a dollop of whipped cream, or fresh berries.
