Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky, your choice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar light or dark

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips for a delightful melty surprise in each bite.
  4. Use a spoon to drop dollops of the dough onto a greased baking sheet, ensuring they're spaced about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just set and the tops look slightly crinkled.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before carefully transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve warm with milk or ice cream. You can also add sprinkles or melted chocolate on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
