- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.

- Use a spoon to drop dollops of the dough onto a greased baking sheet, ensuring they're spaced about 2 inches apart.
