Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the peaches and set them aside.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with cinnamon and sugar.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the puff pastry on top.
- Place the sliced peaches evenly on the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
- Brush the exposed pastry edges with the cinnamon-sugar butter mixture.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the tart with honey and sprinkle toasted almonds over the top.
- Allow the tart to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Best served warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
