Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the peaches and set them aside.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with cinnamon and sugar.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the puff pastry on top.
- Place the sliced peaches evenly on the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
- Brush the exposed pastry edges with the cinnamon-sugar butter mixture.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the tart with honey and sprinkle toasted almonds over the top.
- Allow the tart to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a delightful touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
