  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets Thawed if frozen
  • 2 cups Frozen peaches Can substitute with fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice A splash for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to puff pastry package instructions.
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  • In a bowl, mix the frozen peaches with brown sugar and a splash of orange juice.

Assembly

  • Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the peach mixture. Brush pastries with an egg wash for a shiny top.
