Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets Thawed if frozen
  • 2 cups Frozen peaches Can substitute with fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Orange juice Freshly squeezed is preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Melted, for brushing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
  • In a bowl, mix the frozen peaches, brown sugar, and orange juice.
  • Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes when ready to enjoy.
