Ingredients
  

For the Tortilla Chips

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the Peach Mixture

  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

To Serve

  • Whipped cream for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter and cut them into triangles.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the tortilla triangles.
  • Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

Peach Mixture

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice over medium heat.
  • Simmer for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • If you’d like to make it thicker, you can add cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken the mixture.

Serving

  • Arrange the cinnamon-sugar chips in a dish, spoon the peach mixture over them, and top with whipped cream.
  • Serve warm, and optionally drizzle with caramel or vanilla sauce.

Notes

Serve Peach Cobbler Nachos warm for the best experience. They can also be topped with your favorite sauces for extra flavor. For leftovers, store the peach mixture and tortilla chips separately to keep them crisp.
