  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Filling Ingredients

Cream Cheese Glaze Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Filling and Assembly

  • Roll the dough into a large rectangle (about 12x16 inches).
  • Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar, cinnamon, and diced peaches.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log.
  • Cut into 12 equal pieces. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Baking

  • In a small saucepan, cook peach slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter over medium heat until syrupy (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the peach topping over the risen rolls.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Glazing and Serving

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve and enjoy the peachy, gooey goodness!

Notes

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze. You can prepare the dough the night before and refrigerate for fresh baking in the morning.
