Ingredients
  

For the rolls

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packet included)

For the filling

  • 2 pieces fresh peaches, sliced Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Drizzle over the rolls.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar Sprinkle on top before baking.

For the glaze

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Open the can of cinnamon rolls and place the rolls in the baking dish, arranged snugly but not unrolled.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the peach mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the peach and cinnamon rolls and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Glaze

  • Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve these warm cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven, drizzled with glaze. They are delightful on their own or paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
