Ingredients
  

For the Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packet included)

For the Peach Mixture

  • 2 pieces fresh peaches, sliced Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup flour For thickening.
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

For Topping and Glaze

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Open the can of cinnamon rolls and place the rolls in the baking dish, slightly separated but not unrolled.
  • In a small bowl, mix sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and vanilla extract. Pour this peach mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the mixture and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Glaze Preparation

  • While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls after baking, let cool slightly, and enjoy!

Notes

To store, let them cool completely, then place in an airtight container. Fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing for up to a month is also an option.
