Ingredients

Cinnabites Base

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing included)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor) Use for added flavor in the topping

Peach Filling

  • 3 cups fresh or canned peaches, peeled and sliced Fresh peaches are recommended for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water Used to thicken the peach mixture
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Topping

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional) For a sweeter streusel topping
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional) For thickening the topping
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (optional) For the streusel topping
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional) For additional flavor in the topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or baking pan.
  • Separate the cinnamon roll dough into individual rolls and place each roll into the muffin tin or arrange them in a baking dish. Flatten them slightly to create space for toppings.
  • Brush melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle with cinnamon (if using).

Cooking the Peach Filling

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook until the peaches release their juices (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly.

Optional Topping Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly (optional).

Assembly and Baking

  • Spoon the peach cobbler topping onto each cinnamon roll. Sprinkle the optional streusel topping over the peaches.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Drizzle the included icing packet from the cinnamon roll dough over the baked bites. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh peaches in season for the best flavor, but canned peaches work well too! Customize the cinnamon rolls by adding nuts or different spices to the topping for a unique twist.
