  • 32 ounces canned peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (13.25 ounces)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter (cold) Grated over the top for texture

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add all of the peaches in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake mix and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  • Pour the cake mix mixture evenly over the peaches and press it down with your fingers.
  • Grate the cold butter over the top of the cake mix layer in an even layer.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!

Notes

Peach Cobbler is best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
