Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally, brush a light layer of olive oil over the flatbread.
  • Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges, aiming for consistency in thickness for even cooking.

Assembly

  • Evenly distribute the peach slices over the flatbread, leaving room around the edges.
  • Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and scatter them on top of the peaches.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze generously over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

Cooking

  • Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the flatbread immediately after it comes out of the oven.
  • Slice and serve the flatbread warm.

Notes

For an added crunch, consider baking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Grilling the peaches beforehand can add a smoky flavor.
