Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, garlic, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the flour until combined into a dough.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Add the cheese and mix well.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each puff.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Party Puffs are versatile and can be paired with various dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or freeze unbaked dough balls for up to three months.
