Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional) Optional for added flavor
Filling
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Choose your preferred cheese
  • 1 unit egg (for egg wash) Beaten

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, garlic, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the flour until combined into a dough.
  4. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cheese and mix well.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each puff.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Party Puffs are versatile and can be paired with various dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or freeze unbaked dough balls for up to three months.
