  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Baking spray (optional) For greasing the mug.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the pancake is set and cooked through.
  2. Enjoy your light and fluffy pancake directly from the mug.

Notes
