Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until everything is well combined.
- Firmly press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a solid crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then take it out and let it cool completely.
Filling
- In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- Pour the creamy filling into the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Finish by sprinkling the remaining crushed Oreo cookies over the pie.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve chilled and consider adding a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce on each slice. Leftovers can be stored tightly covered in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for about 2 months.
