Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 24 cookies 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 2 cups 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it's fully softened for smooth mixing.
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until everything is well combined.
  3. Firmly press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a solid crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then take it out and let it cool completely.
Filling
  1. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the creamy filling into the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the remaining crushed Oreo cookies over the pie.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve chilled and consider adding a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce on each slice. Leftovers can be stored tightly covered in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for about 2 months.
