Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 24 pieces Oreos Crushed
  • 5 tablespoons Butter Melted

For the cheesecake filling

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream To be whipped
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar To sweeten the whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Whole milk For richer flavor

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreos and mix them with melted butter to create the crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious cheesecake! Consider drizzling chocolate syrup or adding whipped cream and crushed Oreos on top for extra flair.

Notes

Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature for easier mixing. Don't skip the chilling step; it helps the cheesecake to set properly. For a richer flavor, add a splash of whole milk to the cream cheese mixture.
