  • 1 lemon
  • 4 cups water for soaking
  • 3 cups granulated sugar

Peach Jam

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Blackberry Jam

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest optional

Pineapple Jam

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and finely diced
  • 2 cups granulated sugar adjust based on sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger for a spicy twist (optional)

Instructions
 

Orange Marmalade Preparation

  • Wash and slice the oranges and lemon, keeping the peel.
  • Soak in 4 cups of water overnight.
  • Boil the mixture until soft, then add sugar.
  • Boil again until it thickens, then ladle into jars.

Peach Jam Preparation

  • Place diced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot.
  • Boil the mixture, then simmer, mashing until thickened.
  • Pour into jars.

Blackberry Jam Preparation

  • Mix blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot.
  • Boil, then simmer until thickened.
  • Ladle into jars.

Pineapple Jam Preparation

  • Combine diced pineapple, sugar, lemon juice, and ginger in a pot.
  • Heat and simmer until thickened.
  • Jar the mixture.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend the fruits before cooking. Adjust the sugar to your taste, especially with sweeter fruits. Ensure your jars are clean and sterilized to keep the jam fresh. You can try mixing different fruits together for unique flavors.
