  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 cup extra-long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder; cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the uncooked rice, diced tomatoes, and black beans.
  5. Pour in enough water or chicken broth to cover the mixture.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  7. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
