  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  2. Serve with brown gravy.

Notes

Store cooked meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to three months. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juices. Consider adding ketchup and brown sugar on top for a sweet glaze before baking.
