No Bake Swiss Roll Cake

  • 12 ounces Cool whip (divided)
  • 15 packages Swiss cake rolls Sliced into 4ths
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 2 packages Chocolate instant pudding
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow cream

Preparation

  • In a 9x13 pan, add a few tablespoons of cool whip and spread it out on the bottom.
  • Slice around 15 packages of Swiss cake rolls into 4ths and layer them at the bottom of the pan on top of the cool whip.
  • In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of milk with 2 packages of chocolate instant pudding and let it set.
  • Mix an 8-ounce container of cool whip with a 7-ounce container of marshmallow cream, folding them together carefully.
  • Add the pudding mixture on top of the Swiss cake rolls, then add the cool whip marshmallow layer on top, and finish with more cool whip.
  • Slice another package of Swiss rolls and decorate the top as desired.
  • Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can add fresh fruit on top for extra flavor! Use different flavors of pudding for a fun twist, and consider adding crushed nuts or sprinkles on top for added crunch and color.
