Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup Graham crackers, crushed You can use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free option.
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted Ensure it is completely melted before mixing.

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, room temperature Let it sit at room temperature for a smoother mixture.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream Whipped until stiff peaks form.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Strawberries, chopped Fresh strawberries are recommended.

Preparation

  • Crush the graham crackers and mix them with melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into a baking pan to form the crust.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add the vanilla extract and chopped strawberries to the mixture, folding gently to combine.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan and smooth out the top.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Cut into bars and serve chilled, optionally topped with additional strawberries.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. For a firmer texture, let the bars chill longer. You can customize with different fruits or chocolate layers.
