Preparation
- Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even crust.
Topping
- Pour caramel sauce evenly over the crust and sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer, spreading it evenly.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the bars are firm.
- Once set, remove from the baking dish using parchment paper and cut into bars.
Notes
These bars can be enjoyed on their own or with vanilla ice cream. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or frozen for later.
