  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Can substitute with crunchy peanut butter for more texture.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Consider mixing with milk and dark chocolate chips for richer flavor.
  • 1/4 cup honey Can increase for more sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and honey.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
  • Add the broken pretzels to the peanut butter chocolate mixture and gently fold until all pretzels are coated.
  • Using a spoon, drop clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until clusters are firm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can be frozen for up to three months.
