- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave this mixture for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
- Fold in the broken pretzel pieces, ensuring they are all well coated in the peanut butter mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out small clusters of the pretzel mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each of the pretzel clusters.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for at least one hour, or until the clusters have set completely.
- Once firm, store the clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for future enjoyment.
