  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Creamy or crunchy; almond or cashew butter can also be used.
  • 2 cups Pretzels Traditional or try chocolate-covered pretzels for a twist.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Dark, milk, or white chocolate; vegan chips can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Sweetener Maple syrup or honey, adjusted based on taste.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until softened, then stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted peanut butter and sweetener, then gently fold in pretzels and chocolate chips until well coated.
  • Use a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop to form clusters on the lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes until firm.
  • Transfer to a decorative bowl or package them for sharing.

Notes

Experiment with toppings like crushed nuts or coconut flakes. Clusters can also be pressed into a dish for bars instead of forming individual clusters.
