Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the cornflakes until they are coated evenly with the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
  4. Place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up and set.

Notes
