Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh blueberries for topping
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple Canned or fresh crushed pineapple for topping
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips For sprinkling over the Butterscotch Delight
  • 1 cup strawberries Fresh strawberries, sliced for topping
  • 2 cups whipped cream For the cream mixture
  • 1 package graham crackers Crushed for base layers
  • 1 cup cream cheese Room temperature for easier mixing
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream.

Assembly

  • For Blueberry Delight: Layer crushed graham crackers, the cream mixture, and top with blueberries.
  • For Pineapple Delight: Layer crushed graham crackers, the cream mixture, and top with crushed pineapple.
  • For Butterscotch Delight: Layer crushed graham crackers, the cream mixture, and sprinkle with butterscotch chips.
  • For Strawberry Delight: Layer crushed graham crackers, the cream mixture, and top with sliced strawberries.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Top with extra fruit or whipped cream for better presentation. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
