Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs Can use gluten-free graham crackers if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, melted Stir every 30 seconds while melting.
  • as needed red and green candy melts For dipping.
  • as needed Holiday sprinkles For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until they are firm.
Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or almond bark, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate, letting any excess drip off, then place them back on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Before the coating sets, dip half of each ball into melted red or green candy melts and finish with a sprinkle of holiday sprinkles.
  4. Refrigerate the bites until the coating is completely set, which will take about 1 hour.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
