Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Sleeve graham cracker sheets Crushed to make crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter Used to bind the crust
  • 1 tbsp sugar Adds sweetness to the crust

Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese At room temperature for easy mixing
  • 8 oz Cool Whip For a light and airy texture
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sweetens the cheesecake mixture
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Adds a fresh flavor
  • 21 oz pie filling (your choice) Options include cherry, blackberry, raspberry, or blueberry

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing well.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  • Top with your choice of pie filling.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or foil. It will stay good for about 3-5 days, though it might not last that long because it tastes so good! You can also garnish with extra pie filling or whipped cream.
