Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef or turkey, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the chopped vegetables, diced tomatoes, rice or quinoa, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
