  • 6 oz Bacon Cooked until crispy; can substitute with turkey bacon or a plant-based alternative.
  • 3 cups Hash browns Frozen or fresh.
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Choose your favorite, such as cheddar or mozzarella.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin generously to prevent sticking.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy and chop it into small pieces.
  4. In each muffin cup, layer hash browns, bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Crack an egg on top of the layers in each cup.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing and serve warm.
