Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup mini M&M’s
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, and baking soda.
  • In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the mini M&M’s and chocolate chips.
  • Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is just set.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Wrap individually and freeze for longer storage.
