Ingredients
  

Burger Patties

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional) Adjust for spice preference.

Burgers Assembly

  • 4 pieces Burger Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (as desired) Customize toppings.
  • 4 slices Cheese Slices (optional)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo) Use as preferred.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Shape mixture into 4 patties and make a small indent in the center of each.
  • Lightly oil the grill and toast buns if desired.

Cooking

  • Grill patties for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Add cheese during the last minute if using.
  • Let patties rest for 1–2 minutes.
  • Assemble burgers with desired toppings and condiments.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F for safety. Let the patties rest before serving to lock in moisture. Experiment with spice blends for unique flavors.
