Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Arrange the pepper halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the insides with olive oil.
  5. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each pepper half.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add your choice of toppings and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Mini Pepper Pizzas can be served as an appetizer or with a side salad. To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for reheat.
