  • 1 bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli (25 ounces) Used straight from the freezer
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Cooked and drained
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Basil For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat and stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta until smooth.

Assembly

  • Spread a layer of meat sauce, then half the ravioli.
  • Add half the cheese mixture and mozzarella.
  • Repeat layers and top with remaining sauce and cheese.

Baking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with basil and serve hot.

Notes

Pairs well with a crisp green salad and garlic bread. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
