  • 1 bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli (25 ounces) Used straight from the freezer
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Cooked and drained
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Basil For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain the fat and stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta until smooth.
Layering
  1. Spread a layer of meat sauce, then half the ravioli. Add half the cheese mixture and mozzarella.
  2. Repeat layers and top with the remaining sauce and cheese.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  3. Let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with basil.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or a preheated oven.
