  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff Can substitute with homemade marshmallow cream.
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk Evaporated milk can be used in place.
  • 4 bars Milky Way bars Snickers bars can be used for a nutty twist.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Coconut oil can be substituted for a dairy-free option.

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Grease the parchment lightly with butter or non-stick spray.

Melting Ingredients

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the milk chocolate chips and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Once melted, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow fluff until the mixture is uniform and glossy.

Mixing Fudge

  • Cut the Milky Way bars into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the chocolate mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Setting the Fudge

  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until the fudge is set completely.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

For a decorative touch, sprinkle some sea salt on top before chilling or drizzle melted chocolate over the top once set for an elegant look. Avoid high heat when melting chocolate to ensure a smooth texture.
