Ingredients
  

For the bark
  • 1 pound almond bark or white melting chocolate Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 12 pieces golden Oreo cookies You can substitute for any cookie you prefer.
  • 6 pieces red and green gumdrops, cut in half For earmuffs.
  • 1 piece Twizzler pull and peel, separated into individual pieces Used to connect gumdrops.
  • 36 pieces red and green mini M&Ms For buttons.
  • to taste black and orange cookie icing For decorating the snowmen.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark in the microwave using 30-second intervals. Stir thoroughly between each interval until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon 12 dollops of melted white chocolate onto the lined sheet where you want the snowman faces.
  4. Place one golden Oreo cookie on each dollop of white chocolate.
  5. Cover each Oreo with more melted almond bark.
  6. Pour the remaining melted almond bark evenly onto the baking sheet, filling in the spaces around the Oreos.
  7. Place 3 mini M&Ms below each Oreo to represent buttons.
  8. Position the gumdrop halves on each side of the Oreos for earmuffs, and connect them with a Twizzler piece.
  9. Pipe dots for eyes and mouths with black icing, and draw small carrot-shaped noses with orange icing.
  10. Allow the bark to set at room temperature for several hours, or refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  11. Dip a knife in hot water, dry it, and cut the bark into individual pieces along the edges of the Oreos and decorations.

Notes

This treat pairs well with hot chocolate or tea. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature and avoid refrigeration.
