Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound almond bark or white melting chocolate
  • 12 pieces golden Oreo cookies
  • 6 red and green gumdrops, cut in half
  • 1 piece Twizzler pull and peel, separated into individual pieces
  • 36 red and green mini M&Ms
  • black and orange cookie icing

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon 12 dollops of melted white chocolate around the sheet where you want the snowman faces.
  3. Place one golden Oreo cookie on each dollop of white chocolate.
  4. Cover each Oreo with more melted almond bark.
  5. Pour the remaining melted almond bark evenly onto the baking sheet, filling in the spaces around and between the Oreos.
Decoration
  1. Position 3 mini M&Ms below each Oreo cookie to represent buttons.
  2. Place the gumdrop halves on each side of the Oreos for earmuffs and connect them with a piece of Twizzler pull and peel candy.
  3. Use black cookie icing to pipe dots for the snowmen's eyes and mouths.
  4. Use orange icing to draw small carrot-shaped noses on each snowman.
Setting
  1. Allow the bark to set at room temperature for several hours or refrigerate the baking sheet for about 1 hour until the chocolate is firm.
  2. Dip a knife in hot water, dry it, and carefully cut the bark into individual pieces along the edges of the Oreos and decorations.

Notes

To store, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for two weeks or freeze for a month, thawing at room temperature before serving. Avoid reheating to maintain texture.
