Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened butter with your chosen sweetener until creamy and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
