  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt Greek yogurt is a lighter option.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning For topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and pound to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
Cooking
  1. Spread the prepared topping evenly on each chicken breast.
  2. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside fluffy white rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables, or a salad. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
