- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan, beaten eggs, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well integrated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, allowing space between each one.
Baking
- Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
