Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
  • Once the skillet is hot, sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Flip the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
