  • 1 piece ripe mango, peeled and pitted Use a ripe mango for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Substitute with non-dairy yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 piece banana Optional, for extra creaminess.

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the mango, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if you choose to use it), and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If you want an extra creamy texture, you can add the banana and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Serve the smoothie chilled. You can add fresh mango chunks or a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top for garnish. If you have leftovers, store in the refrigerator for up to a day, shaking or stirring before drinking due to possible separation.
